Job summary

THE/STUDIO is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to own the post-sales journey for clients engaged in product development and custom manufacturing. You will onboard new customers, demystify processes, and coordinate across design, client, and factory teams to ensure a smooth production path.

You’ll unblock delays, guide fabric and garment feedback, and spot growth opportunities as production runs complete, all while shaping our product roadmap from real-world feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing operations.
• Strong empathy and ability to guide novice clients through technical concepts.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding and post-sales experience for new clients.
• Coordinate between clients, design teams, and factory/sourcing partners to keep projects moving.
