Job summary

Sunkissed Getaways is seeking a Client Success Specialist to craft positive client journeys from first contact through ongoing relationship development. You will communicate clearly, answer questions, follow up promptly, and ensure clients receive timely, friendly support.

Training and guidance will be provided. Responsibilities include coordinating consultations, maintaining accurate client records, building strong relationships, and spotting opportunities to improve the client experience.

Qualifications
