Jobgether is seeking a People Operations Specialist in Portugal to support onboarding, employee inquiries, and HR documentation. You will work with Talent, IT, and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient operations in a fully remote, international environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, initiative, and collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and growth initiatives within a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in HR and/or Talent with coordination and administrative processes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and trackers.
• Proactive, independent, and capable of flagging issues early.

Responsibilities

• Provide employee support as day-to-day contact for People-related questions.
• Coordinate onboarding with Talent, hiring managers, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Manage employment verifications according to procedures, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate background checks and monitor cases, following up with relevant parties.
• Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date documentation.
• Draft and organize routine HR documents under supervision of the People Operations Lead.
• Track workflows, deadlines, and identify delays or gaps before escalation.
• Contribute to employee-lifecycle projects and process improvements.
• Collaborate with People, Talent, IT, and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth operations.
