A global support services provider is seeking a Chat Support Consultant to deliver exemplary customer support in crypto trading, primarily through live chat and email. The ideal candidate should be a native French speaker with excellent English skills, possess at least 6-12 months of relevant experience, and have basic financial knowledge. This role offers the flexibility of remote work within a supportive and multicultural team environment, aiming for skill development and effective performance. Compensation will be provided in USD.

Qualificações

• Native French speaker and excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level).
• 6-12 months of live chat support experience, preferably in crypto or financial services.
• Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience.
