Qualificações

• 6–12 months of live chat support experience preferred in crypto or financial services.
• Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience.
• Proactive and responsible attitude.

• Handle inquiries and feedback effectively.

Conhecimentos

Fluent in Slovak

Excellent English communication (C1)

Analytical and problem-solving skills
