Job summary

Upsilon Global in Portugal is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join their clinical operations team. This permanent role offers remote work from Portugal with a focus on monitoring from start-up to close-out, exposure to regulatory and start-up teams, and a variety of therapeutic indications.

You will conduct visits, manage site communications, support vendors, and collaborate with internal project teams to ensure high-quality data and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Independent on-site monitoring experience in Portugal.
• Experience in oncology, infectious diseases or GI beneficial.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits.
• Be involved in study startup.
• Perform CRF review, source document verification and query resolution.
• Be responsible for site communication and management.
• Be a point of contact for in-house support services and vendors.
• Communicate with internal project teams regarding study progress.
• Participate in feasibility research.
• Support regulatory team in preparing documents for study submissions.
