Cbtalents is seeking a detail-oriented Junior O2C Specialist to join the Porto team. The role focuses on Order-to-Cash, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation in a multilingual finance environment.

Ideal candidates have a finance/accounting background and fluent German with advanced English. On-site in Porto offers a structured schedule and growth opportunities within an international company.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 6+ months experience in Accounts Receivable/O2C/Finance (up to 2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus.
• Fluent German + advanced English (C1).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable processes
• Support invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with customers regarding billing issues
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
• Collaborate with internal finance and operations teams
