ASPORTO in Porto, Portugal is seeking Junior Specialists to join the Middle Office Services team. The role focuses on daily commission and invoicing processes, reconciliation support, and client service within a dynamic nearshoring platform.

You will work closely with a multinational stakeholder base, gaining exposure to fund accounting operations and process improvements while developing finance operations expertise in a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Hands-on approach with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex matters independently.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned topics, and deliver solutions under time pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in daily processing of commission and cash-related operations, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Participate in daily invoice processing and strive for accuracy within the dedicated team.
• Assist in investigating and resolving reconciliation breaks in line with internal controls.
• Deliver excellent client service and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage internal and external queries professionally with timely communication.
