Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an HR Operations Specialist - German Speaking based in Portugal. This fully remote role supports onboarding, changes, HR administration and day-to-day employment matters across Europe, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You'll work with Legal, Payroll, Finance and leadership to deliver seamless HR services, balancing employee and client needs with local requirements and contributing to HR initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR Operations or equivalent client-facing HR role.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR practices for onboarding and lifecycle processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations across assigned countries, onboarding and lifecycle activities.
• Handle day-to-day HR queries and employment matters with accurate, customer-focused solutions.
• Apply country-specific requirements and internal processes for compliance.
• Escalate complex matters to appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, leadership and external partners.
• Execute HR processes across multiple jurisdictions maintaining high employee experience.
• Contribute to process improvements, standardisation and knowledge management.
• Support HR reporting, audits, administration and projects.
