Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business with experience in PM, digital transformation, automation or process improvement.
- Strong PM capabilities including Agile (Scrum/SAFe), risk & dependency management, budgeting and timeline tracking.
- Familiarity with ERP, PLM, CRM and data governance concepts.
- Excellent stakeholder and change-management abilities with executive communication.
- PMP or IPMA and an Agile delivery certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of automation and digital transformation projects from scoping through implementation, adoption and value tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, data and automation, managing timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Translate business challenges into actionable automation and digital use cases with clear success criteria.
- Analyze internal processes and collaborate with technical teams to leverage ERP, PLM, CRM, automation and AI tools.
- Drive change management and user adoption while ensuring alignment with data readiness and governance requirements.
