Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a driven professional to accelerate digital transformation within its Gas Services division. You will design automations using UiPath and Power Platform, integrate SAP/Salesforce, and optimize data pipelines with Alteryx and Snowflake.

Collaborate across teams to map processes, apply Lean/Six Sigma, and deliver measurable cost savings. You’ll translate complex business needs into technical specs, supporting decision-making with analytics and dashboards in Power BI or

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 4–6+ years in automation, data analytics, or digital transformation.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end automation projects in enterprise settings (SAP/Salesforce).
Hands-on knowledge of UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, Mendix; select best tech for the challenge.
Experience with data transformation, analytics, and visualization tools like Alteryx, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau.
Strong process-improvement mindset, requirements gathering, and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and Power Platform, with user-friendly interfaces.
Integrate SAP, Salesforce, and other systems with automation platforms and AI technologies.
Partner with stakeholders to map, re-engineer processes using Lean/Six Sigma principles.
Design and optimize data pipelines; develop dashboards and KPIs in Power BI/Tableau.
Translate business needs into precise technical specs and documentation.
