Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a qualified professional to accelerate digital transformation within its Gas Services business. You will design robust automations, connect SAP and Salesforce, and partner with cross-functional teams to re-engineer processes using Lean/Six Sigma.

You will also optimize data pipelines with Alteryx and Snowflake while creating actionable dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, translating complex requirements into clear technical specifications for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field and 4–6+ years in process automation, data analytics or digital transformation.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end automation projects inside complex enterprise environments (SAP/Salesforce).
Hands-on knowledge of UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, Mendix.
Experience with Alteryx, Snowflake, Power BI and Tableau; statistics and ML basics.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and low-code technologies.
Connect systems such as SAP and Salesforce with automation platforms to streamline workflows.
Transform processes by mapping and re-engineering with Lean/Six Sigma principles.
Design and optimize data pipelines with Alteryx and Snowflake; develop dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
Translate business requirements into technical specs and documentation.
