Job summary
Siemens Energy is seeking a Global Digital Service Business Partner for Distribution Transformers, joining the Grid Technologies unit. You will connect six factories with Digital Services and governance, translating business needs into action-ready inputs while ensuring governance and compliance from day one, aligned with Siemens Energy standards.
As part of the role, you will define the digital landscape, work with ERP/IT teams, and support multi-site projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as IT/digital business partner in complex environments.
- Experience with ERP/SAP ecosystems and enterprise architecture.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a globally aligned DT Digital Strategy across six factories.
- Partner with factory heads and Digital Services to capture and prioritise business needs.
- Support the definition and implementation of target digital landscape, governance, and roadmap.
- Act as central interface between factories, IT/OT/ERP/cybersecurity and leadership for strategy execution.
- Drive consistency, reuse, and harmonisation of digital solutions across sites and monitor progress.
- Embed compliance-by-design ensuring alignment with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and NIS2.
