In this role you will build rapport, guide customers through the sales process, and maintain professional communication while meeting performance expectations. Training and team support are provided.

• Build rapport and guide customers through the sales process
• Maintain professionalism and excellent communication
• Work independently while meeting performance expectations
• Attend training and team support sessions when required
• Reliable laptop or computer
• High-speed internet connection
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working remotely full-time
• Legally able to work in the EU
• Preferred: Customer service or call handling experience
