Jobtailor in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Product Analytics professional to own the onboarding journey from activation through to a transacting member, and to identify funnel leaks with data-driven decisions.

You will build funnel dashboards in Amplitude, define event taxonomy, and collaborate with Risk, Engineering and Sales. Proficiency with SQL and AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT is valued, and the role requires onsite work from London or Porto.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in product focusing on onboarding or activation flows.
• Experience building funnel dashboards in Amplitude.
• Ability to define event taxonomy for data questions.
• Experience owning a funnel and moving a metric.
• SQL or self-serve data extraction for decision making.
• Able to work with Risk, Engineering, Design and Sales independently.
• Experience in payments/fintech or regulated environments is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end onboarding journey from offer to activated member.
• Drive first-pass approval rate by reducing document friction and escalations.
• Own roadmap and data, identify funnel leaks, build business cases, prioritise initiatives and report outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Risk, Engineering and Design.
• Serve sales channels across European markets through the Sales Platform.
