Teya is building a modern fintech platform for local businesses across Europe. We are seeking a product-focused onboarding owner to drive activation, reduce drop-offs, and deliver end-to-end improvements in the onboarding journey across markets.

You’ll partner with Sales, Risk, Engineering and Design to ship fast, reliable onboarding with AI-powered workflows and measurable impact on activation and revenue. This role is based in London or Porto, with on-site work expected.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in product, onboarding, activation or conversion-sensitive flows.
• Built funnel dashboards in Amplitude or similar, defining event taxonomy.
• Owned a funnel metric and explained what moved it with data.
• Comfortable with SQL or self-serve data tools to drive decisions.
• Able to work across Risk, Engineering, Design and Sales with ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end onboarding journey within the Sales Platform.
• Drive first-pass approval rate by reducing friction and manual escalations.
• Own roadmap and data, identify funnel leaks and justify changes.
• Leverage AI tools to build reusable skills and automations.
