OutSystems is seeking a Lead Architect to own the architectural blueprint for complex, agentic AI-enabled solutions. You will guide multiple delivery teams, perform in-depth technical audits, and architect multi-agent systems that collaborate to solve business challenges autonomously.

You will influence customer stakeholders on the long-term benefits of an agent-centric software portfolio and drive delivery operations by embedding AI, automation, and internal tooling into reusable playbooks.

Qualificações

• 8–10 years in IT/architectural roles.
• 8+ years of solution architecture experience required.
• Knowledge of Agentic Systems design and GenAI integration.
• Proven ability to guide multi-team architectural decisions.
