OnTheGoSystems is seeking a technical, hands-on Paid Advertising Specialist to join our fully remote, international team. You will build, test, and optimize paid campaigns, owning the end-to-end process and integrating AI, automation, and data into our advertising workflows.

You will explore new tools, create bespoke solutions, and directly influence how we develop AI-driven approaches to paid advertising, while managing multiple channels and delivering measurable results.

Qualificações

• Has personally set up, run, analyzed, and optimized paid campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
• Used technical tools to automate, connect, analyze, or improve advertising workflows (e.g., Google Ads Scripts, APIs, Python, Zapier, Make, GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio).
• Able to manage several campaigns or channels simultaneously.
• Can show real examples of AI or automation solving advertising problems or reducing manual work.
• Thinks analytically and investigates why performance changes, not just reports it.
