Remotelytalents seeks a Creative Strategist who excels in direct-response advertising and uses data, AI, and research to craft scalable campaigns. You will own the creative process from research to execution, collaborating with editors and designers to produce high-converting ads across formats.

The role emphasizes generating winning angles, writing briefs, and leveraging AI tools while maintaining strategic ownership and a fast-paced, results-driven culture.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, or Direct Response Copywriting for DTC brands.
• Proven experience creating winning Meta ad concepts.
• Experience working directly with video editors and creative teams.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct deep customer avatar research.
• Analyze competitors and Meta Ad Library weekly.
• Discover fresh marketing angles and winning positioning.
• Identify new hooks, mechanisms, and messaging opportunities.
• Write high-converting scripts for short-form ads, long-form VSLs, AI UGC videos, and static ads.
• Create landing pages, advertorials, and listicles.
• Direct video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters to align with strategy.
• Analyze creative performance data and iterate to improve results.
