CB Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert – Ads Support in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves supporting a world-leading AI company, handling ads-related inquiries across email, chat, and phone, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences.

You will troubleshoot platform issues, guide clients on policies, and contribute to smooth advertising operations in a full-time role with rotating shifts. A 12-month contract with potential permanent placement is offered.

Operations Customer Expert – Ads Support for Leading AI Company

Full-time | 40 hours/week (24/7 rotating shifts, schedules provided 10 days in advance)

About the Role

Join our team in Lisbon supporting a world-leading American AI research and deployment company known for pioneering generative AI technologies. In this role, you will help businesses and creators manage their advertising experience, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure high-quality support across email, chat, and phone channels.

Compensation & Financial Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation structure with guaranteed bonus integration under Portuguese labor standards:

• Total Monthly Gross Package: €1,248.33 / month (based on a 22-working-day month)
  • Base Salary: €938.00
  • Holiday Bonus (Pro-rated monthly): €78.17
  • Christmas Bonus (Pro-rated monthly): €78.17
  • Tax-Free Meal Allowance: €154.00/month (€7.00/day loaded onto a prepaid card, exempt from Social Security & IRS)
• Monthly Performance Bonus: Earn up to €200.00 / month extra based on productivity.
• Paid Training Period: Receive €18.56 / day (€92.80 / week) during your 15-day training period, fully exempt from social security taxes.
