Qualifications

• 3+ years as a hands-on marketing operations generalist.
• Experience with publishing, production tracking and reporting.
• HubSpot administration experience with properties, workflows and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Publish every approved piece across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube.
• Publish podcast episodes to platforms and YouTube; share clips across channels.
• Prepare a run-of-show for launches; manage the schedule and embargoes.
• Manage community comments, DMs and mentions in brand voice; escalate issues.
• Track awards calendar; organize materials and entries for recognition.
• Oversee production tracking & QA; ensure copy/assets/tracking are correct.
• Maintain HubSpot hygiene: deduplication, lead sources, UTMs, clean data.
• Produce weekly and monthly marketing reports explaining movement.
• Keep scheduling, project and asset tools organized; automate with AI.
