Job summary

Darkroom Studios, LLC is seeking a partnerships, webinars and events manager for two brands: Darkroom and Shadow, our growth marketing agency and AI commerce platform. This is a remote role, hiring in Brazil, Portugal, or Spain, with a team in the EST Time Zone and travel to New York for events.

All business is conducted 100% in English. You own webinars, events, sponsorships, partner programs, co-marketing, guests, and press end to end, and you raise funds from sponsors while producing what

Qualifications

• 3–5 years running webinars, events or marketing partnerships with accountability for leads.
• Experience raising sponsorship funds and selling sponsorship packages.
• Proven ability to produce events end-to-end: run-of-show, venues, AV, vendors and onsite.
• Experience pitching press or booking speakers for media appearances.
• Strong network of partners, sponsors, guests and hosts with commercial sense around value.
• Clear writing, strong organizational skills and daily interaction with AI/Martech SaaS ecommerce or agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead webinars: topics, guests, promotion, live session and follow-up.
• Produce events across the company, NYC presence, founder dinners, brand activations and conferences.
