Qualifications

• 3+ years as a hands-on marketing operations generalist.
• Hands-on HubSpot administration including properties, workflows, deduplication, lead sources, UTMs.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and brand voice.
• Sharp QA eye to prevent wrong links, tags, or claims.
• Ability to build trusted dashboards and explain movements.
• Calm under volume and able to manage multiple dates.
• Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar daily to automate work.

Responsibilities

• Publishing: schedule and publish across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube for both brands.
• Podcast: publish episodes to platforms and clip for channels.
• Launches: run-of-show for launches with sequencing and embargo rules.
• Community Management: respond to comments/DMs in brand voice.
• Awards & Competitions: manage deadlines and entries.
• Production Tracking & QA: intake, delivery schedule, final checks before going live.
• HubSpot Hygiene: ensure clean data, deduplication, accurate sources/UTMs.
• Inbound Dashboard: single view of leads by source/channel/content.
• Reporting: weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Systems: keep scheduling/tools organized and automate with AI.
