Job summary

Darkroom is seeking a strategic, remote leader to run its Creator Program for Shadow. You will grow a roster of operator-creators, design a creator-led acquisition funnel, and coordinate with a small team including a designer and video editor.

The role is remote across Brazil, Portugal, and Spain, with EST alignment and strong emphasis on B2B storytelling and partnerships. You will report to the VP of Marketing and shape the commercial workflow, CRM, and performance measurement for creator

Qualifications

• A real understanding of B2B with creators who talk to founders and operators.
• Genuine experience running creator, partner, or community programs.
• Commerce/growth literacy to discuss brands, agencies, and buyers.
• AI-native mindset and ability to work with analytics/tools.
• Familiarity with Notion as an operating layer.

Responsibilities

• Run the creator roster day to day: relationships, briefs, scheduling, publishing cadence.
• Source new operator-creators based on track record and strategic thinking.
• Increase volume/quality of creator content across social channels; hit growth targets.
• Collect, organize reviews and social proof for use by the team.
• Build and manage Shadow's creator-led acquisition funnel and report on it separately.
