CapsLock is a global IT marketing company shaping AI-driven creative solutions for B2C campaigns. We seek a Marketing Design Team Lead to grow a 3-person team to 6, owning end-to-end creative production and performance-driven direction.

You will collaborate with marketers, producers, and video editors, staying hands-on with Figma and Adobe tools. Remote role based in Portugal, with strong opportunities for growth and learning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Leadership Experience in digital marketing or creative teams.
• Proven ability to build clear processes and resolve conflicts.
• Strong project management with on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of AI-driven Creative Designers from 3 to 6.
• Own the production flow: task distribution, capacity planning, QC.
• Drive creative direction: concepts, hooks, visual angles that convert.
• Generate innovative ideas and push the team beyond safe iterations.
• Maintain the creative testing loop; build a database of winners; analyze failures.
• Collaborate with Producers, Marketers, Buyers, and Video Editors; work with AI Pipeline Engineer.
