act digital seeks a skilled AI/ML engineer to design and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions for a leading European financial group. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product experts to deliver generative AI capabilities, RAG architectures, and agentic AI systems that address real-world business challenges.

We require 3+ years in ML/AI, strong Python and NLP, and experience with LLMs, vector databases, and cloud platforms.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on ML/AI development experience.
• Proven experience with agentic AI solutions and production deployments.
• Strong Python skills and AI framework experience (TF, PyTorch, HF).
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and NLP techniques.
• Experience deploying AI/ML on major cloud platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy AI solutions tailored to business needs.
• Develop generative AI capabilities and fine-tune LLMs.
• Implement RAG architectures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform advanced data analysis and feature engineering.
• Build agentic AI solutions with memory/state management concepts.
