Job summary

Jobgether Srl is seeking a Performance Video Editor to craft compelling short-form ads for Meta platforms from a remote location in Portugal. This full-time contractor role will focus on transforming scripts and assets into high-converting content, with an emphasis on AI-assisted production and data-informed optimization.

You will work closely with the VP of Growth, iterate on campaigns, and deliver roughly six videos per month.

Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating hands-on experience editing direct-to-consumer paid social ads.
Practical experience editing UGC-style advertisements for paid social campaigns.
Strong storytelling instincts with ability to identify hooks and control pacing.
Familiarity with AI-powered production including AI voiceovers and animation.
Excellent attention to detail in captions, scripts, and consistency across assets.
Sufficient English proficiency for collaboration and briefs.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Experience creating ads for health/wellness brands is an advantage.
Long-term commitment as a full-time independent contractor.

Responsibilities

Edit high-performing short-form video ads for Meta campaigns (1–2 minutes).
Transform scripts, raw footage, and assets into persuasive content with hooks and pacing.
Create concepts that capture attention quickly and sustain viewer engagement.
Generate AI voiceovers and AI-generated scenes when needed to enhance quality.
Ensure captions match scripts with high detail and accuracy.
Incorporate VP Growth feedback to improve outputs.
Monitor ad performance and inform future editing decisions.
Manage projects in ClickUp and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
Contribute to building in-house creative capabilities and repeatable editing practices.
