Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on Google Ads experience for DTC eCommerce.
• Fluent English with professional client interaction.
• Profit-focused advertising strategies over vanity metrics.
• Experience with Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Knowledge of GTM, GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Independent, proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• EU or European time-zone alignment.
