Job summary

Organon Northwest Europe is seeking an Associate Specialist to ensure StS processes meet accounting standards, SOX and statutory requirements. The role includes regional delivery, oversight of BPO partnerships, and close collaboration with Organon vendors and markets to understand the business model and dynamics.

You will work within the Source to Settle (StS) tower, deliver world-class service, and drive continuous improvements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
• 1–2 years in finance or accounting; fresh grads welcome.
• Experience with internal or external audit valued.
• Strong financial controls experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services in accordance with SLAs and governance.
• Manage process risk and ensure SOX controls are executed accurately.
• Support continuous improvement and project management discipline.
• Collaborate with internal/external auditors for audit results.
• Assist in training and timely delivery of outputs.
• Identify efficiency opportunities with process owners.
• Maintain documented SOPs and regional work instructions.
• Provide consultative support to outsource partners and resolve issues.
• Resolve escalated queries per SLAs.
• Collaborate across vendors and STS systems.
