Job summary

Organon is seeking an Associate Specialist to ensure StS processes and transactions comply with accounting standards, policies, SOX, and statutory requirements. The role involves regional scope, oversight of BPO service delivery, and collaboration with Organon vendors and markets to understand business dynamics.

The candidate will work with process owners, auditors, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver world-class service to vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company valued.
• Experience with Internal or External Audit valued.
• Experience with SAP S4 Hana, Coupa, WHT and VAT valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services in accordance with agreed Service Level, Controls and Governance.
• Help manage process risk by adhering to policies and internal controls, ensure SOX controls are executed timely.
• Support process improvements and project management discipline.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support audit results and compliance with US GAAP.
• Support training, accuracy, and timely delivery of outputs.
• Engage with process owners to identify efficiencies through continuous improvement.
• Produce and maintain detailed process and internal control documentation like SOPs and regional work instructions.
