Indie Campers is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Lead to manage and support a team of Operations Analysts across a defined region. The role focuses on translating strategy into execution, overseeing daily processes with local depots, and ensuring SOP compliance.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will drive KPIs such as customer satisfaction and efficiency, lead supplier negotiations, and collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve regional performance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams, including performance management and coaching.
• Strong background in supplier/partner management and procurement.
• Proficiency in analyzing and acting on operational KPIs and dashboards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A practical, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on execution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Availability to travel frequently within the region.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee regional execution and ensure SOP compliance across depots and Operations Analysts.
• Monitor and drive KPIs such as customer satisfaction, ancillary availability, and efficiency.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Act as the Regional Director's right arm and cover for the BROM during absences.
• Lead procurement when needed and assess supplier performance for SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and improve regional performance.
