Indie Campers is seeking a Regional Operations Lead to oversee and support a team of Operations Analysts across a defined region. You will implement regional processes, drive performance, and ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in partnership with regional depots.

The successful candidate will have hands-on leadership, 5+ years in operations, strong KPI experience, and fluency in English, with willingness to travel within the region.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management.
• 2+ years of people management, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Experience with supplier/partner management and procurement.
• Strong ability to analyze KPIs and dashboards to drive actions.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee regional execution and support: daily processes with depots and analysts.
• Lead and develop a team of Operations Analysts with regular 1:1s and coaching.
• Manage partner relations and procurement, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Drive process optimization and strategic regional projects.
• Report performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functionally between central and local teams.
