The role focuses on driving performance, compliance with SOPs, and collaboration with central and local teams to improve regional outcomes. Fluent English and willingness to travel within the region are required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily regional operations across depots and with Operations Analysts.
• Ensure SOP compliance across health & safety, facilities, stock, and service delivery.
• Drive KPIs: customer satisfaction, ancillary availability, and efficiency.
• Perform regular field visits to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Mentor and coach a team of Operations Analysts; manage performance and development.
• Coordinate with People team on hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
