Indie Campers is seeking a Regional Operations & Process Lead to manage and optimize regional processes across Lisbon and surrounding depots. The role focuses on executing regional strategies, driving performance, and ensuring operational excellence in collaboration with the Regional Director and Strategy Director.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams, including performance coaching.
• Strong background in supplier/partner management and procurement.
• Proficiency in analyzing and acting on operational KPIs and dashboards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily regional operations across the region, coordinating with local depots and analysts.
• Ensure SOP compliance in health & safety, facilities, stock management and service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs for customer satisfaction, availability, and efficiency; drive improvements.
• Lead a team of Operations Analysts with 1:1s and coaching; support partner management.
• Act as liaison between central and local teams; report performance and risks to leadership.
