Indie Campers is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Lead to manage and support a team of Operations Analysts across a defined region. You will execute regional strategies, ensure process deployment, and drive performance aligned with customer satisfaction and efficiency goals.

The role requires a collaborative leader who translates strategy into execution, oversees regional depots, and coordinates with suppliers to sustain SLA compliance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams, including performance management and coaching.
• Strong background in supplier/partner management and procurement.
• Proficiency in analyzing and acting on operational KPIs and dashboards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Availability to travel frequently within the region.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee regional execution and operational support across depots and analysts.
• Ensure SOP compliance in health & safety, facilities, stock management and service delivery.
• Drive KPI results for customer satisfaction, ancillary availability and efficiency.
• Lead field visits to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Act as the Regional Director's right hand and coordinate regional processes and partnerships.
