Indie Campers is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Lead to manage a team of Operations Analysts across a defined region, ensuring SOP compliance and driving KPI performance. The role requires coordinating with depots, implementing regional processes, and supporting health, safety, and service delivery.

Qualificações

• 6 to 8 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management.
• 2 to 5 years of experience managing teams, including performance management and coaching.
• Strong background in supplier/partner management and procurement.
• Proficiency in analyzing and acting on operational KPIs and dashboards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A practical, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on execution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Availability to travel frequently within the region.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee regional execution and support across depots and Operations Analysts; ensure SOPs, health & safety, facilities, stock management and service delivery are followed.
• Lead and develop a team of Operations Analysts with regular coaching and performance management.
• Act as main regional contact for suppliers and lead procurement when needed; assess supplier performance to ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead strategic initiatives like depot openings, relocations, and fleet projects to improve speed, cost-efficiency and consistency.
• Provide regular updates on performance, risks, and opportunities to regional and strategy leadership.
