Indie Campers in Lisbon seeks a Regional Operations & Performance Specialist to drive daily regional operations, fleet availability, and customer satisfaction. You will own end-to-end processes from real estate projects to supplier management, ensuring health and safety standards are met and regional partnerships are strong.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, procurement, supplier management, logistics, facilities management, or similar functions.
• Fluent English required; German/Italian/French are a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Become an expert in local operational procedures and adapt them for your region.
• Support regional and local leadership in achieving targets and business objectives.
• Act as the regional contact for local partners and suppliers, ensuring service quality.
• Manage relationships with real estate providers, laundry services, gas suppliers, cleaning companies, and other partners.
• Execute regional stock replenishment procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement real estate standards, health and safety compliance.
• Procure, negotiate, and manage suppliers as needed.
• Support regional network expansion through sourcing and supplier development.
• Drive operational efficiency initiatives to meet regional performance targets.
