Regional After-Sales Lead - E-Mobility Network

Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a Regional After Sales Representative Passenger Cars to build and maintain a high-quality aftersales service level across the designated region in Portugal. You will support local dealers, implement service policies, and ensure accurate reporting with HQ collaboration.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive/e-mobility, a Bachelor/Master’s degree, excellent English, and a valid EU driver’s license. Frequent travel within the territory and abroad (≈25%) is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree, or equivalent level acquired through education or work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/E-mobility within an importer or OEM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (mandatory); Chinese a plus.
• Valid EU driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and abroad (≈25%).

Responsibilities

• Support the dealer network, acting as BYD after-sales contact and ensuring high-quality service procedures.
• Implement and follow up on BYD aftersales commercial policies and standards.
• Monitor dealer aftersales plans and activities to meet objectives.
• Train dealer network and deploy IT systems/platforms (DMS, LMS, TIS) with HQ collaboration.
• Plan regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops within the region.
• Assist dealer after-sales management to optimize customer satisfaction and VoC/NPS processes.
• Coordinate with spare parts, technical support and warranty teams on issues.
• Integrate Aftersales with BYD Portugal across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
