BYD Europe seeks a Network Development & Strategy professional to lead expansion and optimization of the dealer network nationwide. You will align with HQ standards, manage performance metrics and drive improvements across locations, while coordinating with internal teams and distributors.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, project management, and advanced Excel/Power BI skills, with high willingness to travel and bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Network Development in automotive.
• Strong understanding of dealer KPIs and business models.
• Experience with business planning and financial analysis.
• Proven project management and process improvement skills.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Spanish and English at high level; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new strategic locations and market opportunities.
• Implement and oversee network development strategy and dealer rollouts.
• Ensure dealer facilities meet corporate standards.
• Conduct audits for safety, environmental and brand compliance.
• Monitor dealer performance against plans and KPIs.
• Prepare and follow up annual business plans.
• Support dealers in improving efficiency and profitability.
• Track customer satisfaction indicators and drive improvements.
• Drive dealer capability development aligned with brand standards.
• Manage network-related projects with timelines, quality, and cost control.
• Coordinate with internal teams and distributors on corporate initiatives.
• Analyze dealership and network financial performance; identify risks.
• Monitor KPIs and propose action plans.
• Identify inefficiencies and standardize processes.
