Job summary

AMS in Porto, Portugal, is hiring a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role requires partnering with hiring managers, sourcing teams and wider colleagues to fill vacancies while delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.

The position is based in Porto with an expectation to work from the office 4 days per week, offering a hybrid model and opportunities to grow within a global talent solutions provider.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in agency, MSP, MSP, or in-house environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with wider teams.
• Strong understanding of the Portuguese talent market; experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering or technology environments.

As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers, sourcing teams, and wider recruitment colleagues to fill vacancies effectively while delivering an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.

Please note this role is based in Porto, Portugal, with an expectation to work from the office 4 days per week.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance across recruitment systems and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness and service delivery.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within an agency, RPO, MSP, or in-house recruitment environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
