Xelvin is expanding its recruitment team in Porto/Maia to source international engineering and technical professionals for roles across Europe, with a focus on the Netherlands. You will identify candidates in Portugal and Spain, conduct initial interviews, and guide them through relocation and onboarding processes, building a robust international talent network.

We value curiosity, proactive communication, and a genuine interest in people, with 1–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
• Strong communication, organisational, and independent working skills.
• Experience in recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Source engineers, designers, technicians, and other skilled professionals via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Identify and reach out to candidates in Portugal and Spain.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ experience and motivations.
• Present international opportunities and guide candidates through relocation.
• Build an international talent network and collaborate with Portugal/Netherlands teams.
