Xelvin in Porto/Maia, Portugal, is seeking a Recruiter to lead international recruitment and relocation from our on-site office. You will identify technical professionals in Portugal and Spain aiming to develop careers abroad, especially in the Netherlands.

You will build your own international talent network, conduct interviews, present opportunities, and support candidates through relocation—working closely with Portugal and Netherlands teams to grow Xelvin in Iberia.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting technical or engineering profiles is a plus.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational and independent working skills.

Responsabilidades

• Source engineers and technical professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Identify candidates in the Portuguese and Spanish markets.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ experience, motivation and career goals.
• Present international opportunities and explain the relocation process.
• Build and develop your own international talent network.
• Support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Work closely with colleagues and clients in Portugal and the Netherlands.
• Develop long-term relationships to grow Xelvin in Portugal and Spain.
