AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical roles. You will carry out screenings, assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, and proactively source world-class talent through online platforms, networking, and referrals.

The role offers flextime with remote and on-site options. Advanced English, 1+ year recruiting experience, and ATS familiarity are required; IT industry experience is a plus.

• Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail.
• Proactively source and identify world-class candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals, with a dedicated approach.
