54 Collection Group is seeking a friendly and outgoing receptionist/concierge to welcome guests and manage front desk operations at our Lisbon property. You will handle guest inquiries, direct calls, and provide administrative support to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role requires excellent communication in English and Portuguese, a professional demeanor, and flexibility to work rotating shifts. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement within our hospitality team.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written) is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills and customer orientation.
• Positive attitude, punctual, well-presented, and detail oriented.
• Flexible for rotating shifts.

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team, someone who embodies the art of hospitality and possesses excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, attentive, and capable of handling all aspects of guest reception and concierge services, ensuring a memorable experience for our hotel guests.

Compensation:

• Gross Annual Salary: €17960 in the first year
• Monthly performance bonus (up to 41% of gross salary)
• Meal allowance (€10.20 per day)
