Job Title: Concierge Assistant

The Concierge Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting the Concierge with daily tasks at our luxury hotel in Porto. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and have a keen eye for detail. This position does not require prior experience, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will assist them with any inquiries or requests they may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized lobby area, as well as arranging transportation and making reservations for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation is not provided, but we can assist with finding suitable housing in Porto if needed.
