Tech Mahindra in Lisbon seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst to serve as SME for quality guidelines and to review and rate audio, video, text, and photos. You will provide written rationales to support decisions and participate in calibration sessions with the team.

The role requires German language skills, a university degree (preferred), and strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualificações

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst for our project.

The main goal of this position is to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for quality guidelines. Furthermore, the responsibilities include reviewing and rating various types of content (audio, video, text, and photos). Ratings should be made within the provided task guidelines and supported by written explanations to enhance rater quality.

Role / Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for quality guidelines
• Evaluate and rate various content types, including audio, video, text, and photos
• Provide ratings with written rationales for individual judgments and decisions, adhering to the provided task guidelines
• Participate in calibration sessions with the team and stakeholders, following instructions from the team lead
• Conduct peer audits as part of the process model and assist in training as needed
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously with minimal guidance or assistance from senior or peer team members
• Assist the team lead / manager in the interview process for future hires
• Ensure adherence to all KPI-related tasks to avoid business impact
• Work on multiple customer projects concurrently, meeting customer requirements

Requirements:

• German Native
• University Degree (preferred)
• Comfortable with G suite, especially Google Sheets
• Detail oriented, rigorous, analytical
• Excellent in verbal & writing skills with the ability to present reasoning in a clear, concise, and logical manner
• Strong sense of logical reasoning with decision making
