About the job German-speaking Quality Analyst

Position: German-speaking Quality Analyst

We are seeking a German-speaking Quality Analyst to join our client's team in Lisbon. In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of digital content across multiple formats. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about maintaining high content standards and supporting continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate various types of digital content (text, images, audio, and video) following established guidelines.

Assess content for accuracy, quality, policy compliance, and relevance.

Provide clear, well-reasoned feedback and ensure consistent application of standards.

Support quality assurance processes and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

Participate in training sessions and calibration meetings to maintain alignment with project requirements.

Revise or refine prompts, responses, and related materials where necessary.

Collaborate cross-functionally and support ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

Fluent in German (C1 level), with strong written and spoken communication skills.

Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).

Bachelors degree preferred, with 12 years of experience in content review, moderation, or quality assurance.

Good computer literacy and typing speed of 2530 WPM or higher.

Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess multiple information sources.

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality and accuracy.

Strong understanding of content evaluation guidelines, ethics, and best practices.

Excellent reasoning and documentation abilities.
