Axians in Lisbon is seeking a Functional Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated tests for our applications. You will implement end-to-end and regression tests, and write and maintain JavaScript scripts using Playwright and RAPISE.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Quality, or equivalent.
• Senior-level with significant test automation experience.
• Proven experience in functional test automation.
• Proficiency in RAPISE.
• Proficiency in Playwright.
• Strong JavaScript knowledge for scripts.
• Understanding of web application architectures.
• Knowledge of software testing fundamentals; ISTQB is a plus.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Fluency in French is required.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Functional Test Automation Engineer capable of designing, developing, and maintaining reliable, sustainable automated tests for our applications.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Analyze functional and technical specifications
• Define and implement the automated functional testing strategy
• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end and regression test automation
• Develop and maintain test scripts in JavaScript e
• Utilize and maintain automation tools (RAPISE and Playwright)
• Execute automated test runs and analyze results
• Identify, qualify, document, and track defects

• Collaborate closely with development teams and Product Owners (POs)
• Document test scenarios, datasets, and best practices

Your Key Skills

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Quality, or equivalent
• Experienced to senior profile, with significant experience in test automation
• Proven experience in functional test automation
• Proficiency in RAPISE
• Proficiency in Playwright
• Good knowledge of JavaScript (writing, reading, and maintaining scripts)
• Understanding of web application architectures
• Knowledge of software testing fundamentals (ISTQB certification a plus)
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Fluency in French (required)
