Responsibilities

• Suportar a transição de Build para RUN.
• Gerir o backlog de incidentes no ServiceNow.
• Priorizar incidentes com base no impacto de negócio e risco.
• Analisar e coordenar a resolução de incidentes com a equipa de desenvolvimento.
• Comunicar estado e resoluções de incidentes aos utilizadores finais.
• Criar e manter SOPs para incidentes recorrentes.
• Desenvolver procedimentos de investigação e remediação para operações RUN.
• Implementar monitorização e alertas para fontes de dados de Security Analytics.
• Assegurar data freshness, qualidade, disponibilidade e fiabilidade operacional.
• Apoiar utilizadores com relatórios Power BI e modelos de dados self-service.
• Colaborar com equipas transversais para melhorar processos operacionais e qualidade do serviço.

Job description

Profile:

• Experience in Data and Business Intelligence projects;
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Snowflake and Power BI;
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting;
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile (Scrum) environments;
• Experience using JIRA for backlog management and project tracking;
• Good understanding of IT concepts, including APIs, protocols and networking;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
• Results-oriented mindset with strong decision-making abilities;
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Support and ensure a smooth transition from Build to RUN activities;
• Own and manage the ServiceNow incident backlog;
• Prioritize ServiceNow incidents based on business impact and risk;
• Analyze and coordinate incident resolution with the development team;
• Communicate incident status and resolutions to end users;
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring incidents;
• Develop investigation and remediation procedures for RUN operations;
• Implement monitoring and alerting for Security Analytics data sources;
• Ensure data freshness, quality, availability and operational reliability;
• Support end users with Power BI reports and self-service BI data models;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and service quality.
