Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong experience in data and business intelligence projects
• Previous experience with data lake environments, ideally in RUN/operations contexts
• Understanding of data lake layers, data integration flows, and data freshness concepts
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Power BI
• SQL knowledge for data analysis
• Experience managing backlogs and priorities using JIRA and ServiceNow
• Ability to write procedures, define processes, and produce SOPs for recurring incidents
• Good general IT knowledge, including protocols, APIs, networks, and operational concepts
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Decisive, outcome-focused, autonomous, and able to challenge technical teams when needed

Nice to Have

• Experience coordinating distributed teams across multiple locations
• Experience supporting transition from Build to RUN activities

Azure Data Factory | Snowflake | Power BI | SQL | ServiceNow | JIRA

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and support a smooth transition from Build to RUN activities
• Act as the main Product Owner reference for development and RUN teams
• Own, manage, and prioritize the ServiceNow incident backlog
• Propose RUN ticket arbitration based on risk, urgency, and business impact
• Analyze and coordinate ServiceNow incident tickets with development teams and communicate updates to users
• Produce SOPs for recurring incidents, including investigation steps, useful code snippets, and remediation procedures
• Implement and improve monitoring and alerting on data sources to ensure freshness, quality, and availability
• Identify false positives and ensure operational issues surface clearly and effectively
• Ensure the operational performance and reliability of the solutions delivered by the team
• Support user training on Power BI reports and dataset models for self-BI usage
• Work closely with data teams, challenge decisions when needed, and drive topics to resolution

Annual Compensation Range: €18,000 – €35,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
